As mentioned earlier, there was a bent vertical tangent screw. I emailed David White directly to see if I could get a replacement but it has been over a week now and I have not received anything from them. It seems typical these days that companies just don't care! This seems to be a problem, you would think the manufacturer would try to prevent this, it appears that the case was sealed and boxed before the screw was properly seated. Luckily I work for a surveying company and my contact had a spare screw. It cost me $6 but I didn't have to pay for it at all. I did not return the product as I needed it for a project, I have no problem with the reseller regarding this, everything is on David White.
