This is a beautiful bag and would be my favorite bag for the style, shape, size etc but the smell is absolutely toxic. It's not a wonderful leather scent! When I first opened the box I could smell the chemical smell you get from dry cleaners, only stronger. I received this bag on a Wednesday and hung it outside on my patio hoping the smell would dissipate. Today is Sunday. When I go out onto the terrace, that's the first thing I feel. I brought it indoors while washing the patio and the smell was so strong I had to bring it back. Unfortunately I will be returning this beautiful bag.
