The stitching is terrible - UPDATE
UPDATE An email has been sent to Trekassy customer support and they are sending us a new request. They were very nice, polite and wanted to make things right. Once we use the new swing a bit I will update it again! We've been building this swing for 2 months...unfortunately both of our 50lb kids managed to rip the seams on this swing...shocking considering it's rated at 750lbs. . Keep scrolling if you're considering this option, or just have your warranty card ready after ordering... you'll need it.
