Really very good: mouthwash
My gums started to feel sore and sore. Someone suggested that Elmex is widely available in Europe where they don't use mean mouthwash like Listerine at all. That took 3-4 weeks. The bottle is much smaller compared to American mouthwash bottles. But it was worth it. This mouthwash tastes good, does not sting and still leaves a pleasant bad breath. My gums and tooth sensitivity disappeared after using it for a month. Highly recommended!
