First, these are very thin. Almost like dress socks. They are not like the 6 pair packs of Reebok or Puma athletic short socks at all. They slide around inside my shoes.Secondly, let's think about this: you have a person who wears a size 6 shoe and someone who wears a size 9 shoe. You give them the same size socks to wear, socks that have a heel stitched into them. How do you think that will work out? I can tell you: not good unless the material is super elastic.I wear a size 6. The sticky things on the bottom of these socks and the heel indentation look to be made for the largest size which is 9. That means when I put these socks on and pull them to where I need, not only does the heel indentation bunch up over the heel of my shoe and look ridiculous, but the most important part of the sock-- the sticky pieces-- are also visible outside of my shoe. Additionally, pulling the sock to size it means that the sticky pieces begin well below the fleshy part of your foot under the toes which happens to be the area where you need them. No sense having the grips in the arch because they don't sit flat on the ground. Fine for a larger foot. For smaller feet-- which these purport to fit-- it does not work out at all. If you want to wear them loose inside your shoes-- which feels too weird for me-- then maybe they could work, but wait! these are really meant to be worn indoors so you don't slide on the floor.Socks sized like this is just pure laziness. To save money, they make one size and claim it fits across four different foot sizes and fit each one. They don't.The sticky pieces are of good quality so if these truly fit you, they are okay but I find them too thin. You can see in the pic that if you have a small foot and pull the sock to fit, you can see your toes right through them.
