NC 800HDS definitely works better on carrots and harder foods. And we don't know why, but running vegetables and fruit through the NC 800HDS produces more product than through the Omega VSJ843QS. The Omega VSJ843QS is more like falling and running under gravity, or basically you have to use a tool from time to time to move fruit and veg down the scream. If you cut the fruit fine enough, both machines are gravity fed, but the Omega VSJ843QS does it better. I can say that if you want your drink to have a little more pulp and a little more volume. From your product, NC 800HDS could be the right choice. If you want a little less pulp and a little less volume, then the Omega VSJ843QS is for you. If you want to go a little faster and you only use fruit, reach for the Omega VSJ843QS. This might be the one you need to choose. The Omega VSJ843QS works a little better with softer fruit, you still need to put something harder like a carrot or something behind it to push through the softer fruit. But overall, the Omega VSJ843QS is slightly better for soft fruit. But making a little bit of everything veg and veg is kind of a toss up, and the consumer may need to buy both to appreciate themselves. We have found this device to perform better than any other we have tried. It is easy to clean and overall we are very happy with it. We will keep it, we will send some as gifts to our family members.
