I just checked my Revain account to determine exactly when I bought this dryer. It was March 2016. I gave 2 stars because it means everything is fine. If I had written this review within the first year and a half I would have given it 5 stars. I loved it so much! I was so happy that I finally bought an expensive dryer because I felt it was really good value for money. Unfortunately, happiness only lasted until January 2018 - less than two years. I only used it about 3 times a week. While it still works on high settings, low settings have stopped. I have to buy another hair dryer because I am afraid that the remaining setting will stop just as suddenly as the previous one and I will have to go to work with wet hair. I'm not sure what I'm going to buy, but I'll probably spend less money. I think I'd rather have two dryers for the high cost of this one. I think most dryers come with a two year warranty because that's all you can expect.
