For $8.90, you can't argue with it. I bought 2 of these just in case 1 breaks, I have a spare on hand until they replace another as per their lifetime warranty policy. I believe it alone is worth $8.90. Also, I'm really happy with the delivery. They were both in bubble wrap and as you can see in the photo the handles are inserted into this plastic cylinder to protect it during transit. The product comes with a notice stating that "this pen may not be as sensitive as the original". However, I believe it is no different than what I use it for. Maybe it's a different answer if you're using it for painting etc, but for general use I believe it's the same as the original. Don't forget the "lifetime guarantee" here either! From what I understand, it's worth it.
