Just buy a real chopping board

When you have a small sink, there's no way you can wash both sides without making a mess and forcing it to stay clean with other dishes in the sink. They slide across our counters, they lay on very easily and depending on how you let them dry they will bend and no longer lay flat on your counter. After I bought them, it took me about three tries before I bought one made out of wood.

Pros

Texture Waffle Gripped Back: Flexible kitchen mats have a mesh texture backing that can be placed on any surface. On wet or very slippery surfaces, simply place a damp paper towel underneath for incredible stability. This solved the potential risk of an unstable kitchen top.
