This set of locks worked great. Don't forget to double check the part numbers, I have this for a 1997 Ranger. It was very easy to change them all. All you need is a flathead screwdriver. Open the door, pry the lock spring and remove the old lock, being careful not to lose the lever connection. Then assemble with a new lock. To turn on the ignition, turn the key and insert a screwdriver or similar round stick into the hole at the bottom of the steering column. Feel it until you touch the latch pin and pull the latch out. Set the new lock to start/power on and plug it back in. All locks are smooth and work well. Pros: New locks Same keys Cons: None
