So I received two laptops after being dissatisfied with the first laptop due to (scratches, dents, dirt, etc.). I contacted the seller and the representative named Nick helped me through this process. When I realized I wasn't happy with the first laptop, he made sure I got the prepaid tag and sent the first laptop back. a few days later i got a second laptop and this time there were no scratches, no dents, no dirt to be seen anywhere. The screen and keyboard were very clean with no visible dirt. In addition, I was not able to upgrade my order from a 2011 MacBook Air to a 2014 MacBook Air. To make sure the laptop actually works, I went to the Apple Store to set it up and everything went smoothly. at my request, nic also sent me an extension cable, which was not included. I thought the expansion was included but it wasn't. It's just the laptop itself and the charger. overall I am satisfied with the product. I hope it will serve me for many years.
