Review on Wedgek Angle Guides Sharpening Knife by Corey Slivinsky

Revainrating 5 out of 5

They can really help

I bought these because they have many different angles and you can use them to check what you are doing. Don't be an "experienced" sharpener and still learn. I find this to be a good tool to check how you're going to place your item before you start sharpening. You get an idea of where you are. This can really help if you're walking from a different angle than usual. It seems to me that angles of 15-20 degrees are fixed without problems. But small or large (if necessary) help is always good. They are very easy to use and I don't use rubber bands. One quick look at my corner and I'm gone. With new sharpeners you should take these into account. Not much $$$ and you'll get a good idea of what angle you're working from. Supplied in a zipped pouch with 2 elastic straps and sensors. So easy to follow and stick together and not lose any of them. Storage is easy. I will note that they are much better used for leading edge and trailing edge strokes. . just a reminder I checked this when I bought them and noticed this when I received them. Can still be used. just a bit of mental gymnastics (especially for us all left handers lol!)
