The package I received has been opened. I started counting the pieces and then decided I shouldn't bother. It comes in a screw top jar in a box with an 'open here' strip opened on one side. Missing parts After opening the screw cap on the inside, which wasn't sealed (I don't know if it should be), the circular foam inside didn't look intact - it looked slightly "tipped". As if it's possible someone pulled it out to take out some parts. I've decided it's not worth deducting a star so I'm giving five stars but be aware you may be missing parts.
