I love this glider! We had one for 2 years and loved it and just got another one. The second one just arrived and 3 buttons were crushed so the armrests couldn't be attached, but unfortunately that seems to be quite common on delivery. No problem, just call Stork Craft Customer Service and they will send you a replacement free of charge. (takes 10-14 days) Very nice! Don't mess with Revain when it comes to things like latches or cushion replacements, as all you have to do is send the whole chair back. Stork Craft Support Number: 1-877-274-0277. If you hear a busy signal, call back. To call you will need the model number, date of manufacture of the chair and place of manufacture. You are under the paraglider seat. The assembly document is NOT where you will find it because it is incomplete information. Don't forget to be nice to Stork Craft's customer service. They ship parts for free and we want them to keep doing that! Have fun sliding!
