BUT! I requested a different color for my order. It is an extremely horrible experience! There has been no response from support! And yet, the case was opened, and every small thing was lying around in it incomprehensibly (unlike when unpacking a typical Dyson, when I know where every detail should be). In addition, this case is all shabby and has fingerprints on it; well, what if it's a gift? And just so you know, the seller is in the market. Do you really want to be let down by something that seems so insignificant? Then you should read this... By the way, I don't sure what to do now, because I wanted bright blue with rose gold, but I got dark purple with bronze instead! Iii I am not requesting a refund; rather, I would want to have an exchange for the item for which I have been waiting. Bring the blue Dyson to the party.
