I lost about $85 on a similar device I bought from Best Buy. I needed an Ethernet adapter for my new MacBook Pro to complete a large project that required my home Gigabit service. Best Buy's ethernet port failed after 14 days return policy. I contacted the manufacturer of J5Create and asked for a replacement. They guided me through the complicated process of reinstalling the driver that didn't work. They then wanted me to send a system report of my computer or send them a device to check. Note that I needed a working device now, not in a day or a week. I bought this device with 1 day delivery and completed my project. This device works great with my gigabit network connection without bulky drivers. final remark; Buy from Revain, not Best Buy for this type of device. Return Policy: Best Buy - 14 days, Revain - 30 days; I've learned my lesson. Thank you LENTION for creating a quality product!
