I like that it provides me with an organized way of seeing my processes in one place - this helps keep everything organized. It's nice because you can see your current status for each step within your organization and then track future steps as they come up. The software does not provide any visual prompts so there are some times where you have to look at the code itself to know what each field means. This makes figuring out how to create new forms very tedious since there isn't much help from the program. Keep using this tool until you find something better! When we started our business, I was able to use this software to map all our internal procedures. Before this mapping took place, we were having issues keeping things straight. Our team members had no idea who needed what when trying to get work done. Now everyone knows exactly what needs to be completed before moving forward with their next task.
