Zipper broken: ties
Bought for a 10 year old child for a wedding. Super sweet. It looked amazing and we really liked the tie but we found a use for it. The zipper didn't open. There are about 20 photos of me trying to open this thing at the front desk and then finally cutting it off the neck. Everyone was entertained.
