Substitute. Suitable for replacing under sink water filters
I am using this filter to replace the 2 year old in my Vario filter system. The temperature dropped below zero, the filter and the entire system froze. Every part of the system that contained water froze. Luckily I haven't used it that way, but I see that it doesn't work or breaks. So be careful with extremely low temperatures.
