They were very professional in their communication with us from start to finish! Always responded promptly when needed - they even called me at home one afternoon just because I was having problems getting my computer fixed during work hours!! We have been working together for over 2 years now so we are good friends as well but nothing bad comes up too often anymore which is great considering how busy this business can be sometimes. Definitely recommend them if you want someone who will go above an beyond what's expected or required by any means necessary :) Their customer service skills surpass all others that i've met throughout there career. !
