This is a professional product. Please don't leave bad review about it just because you don't know how to use it. "Professional Grade" in a product name is a good indicator that you should be careful. Yes, it's acid, it can burn you. Run a patch test. This is no joke. If you are new to scrubs I would buy a weaker one. The first time I left it for a minute. Please do a patch test again. Some people say it doesn't work because they don't peel off. Exfoliation is not necessarily a sign of "peeling" at work. Some people exfoliate and some don't. I'm happy with the results I've had so far, but I realized that it was actually a stage 2 peel. I order tier one to use next time. I think the reseller is selling this product as a product that can be made at home without any special instructions. It is aimed at beauticians and medical beauticians who already have previous knowledge of how to carry out peelings. Unfortunately, this isn't a buffing scrub like the ones you buy from Ordinary.
