I like how easy it is for me to use since there are many features that are easy to understand and navigate around. It does take some time to get used to certain things but once you do, everything gets easier. There aren't really any downsides to using this software aside from the fact that sometimes it's difficult to find new information if you're not familiar with the program. We have been able to reduce our turnover rate and improve our productivity. As a business owner, I've been able to be more efficient in my workload.
