I like that it allows me to connect with other users across all of our industries, which makes knowledge transfer easier than if we were only working from within one specific community or department! It can be difficult at times for new members (or even more experienced) because you have so many different options when connecting people/companies together - this could make things feel overwhelming sometimes as well but overall i think its benefits greatly outweigh those downsides.- This program has allowed us not just keep up-to date about what's going around each member site however also share ideas between them via forums etc.,.
