This is an excellent fabric dye

I've never used fabric paint so I watched a lot of YouTube videos on fabric painting. I bought a shade of white and it took 2 thick coats to cover the printed ottoman. I also use it on very thick silk lined valances and curtains. I've applied 2 coats so far and may need a third. Some videos suggest sanding lightly between layers, but because of the light color I chose not to sand. I guess it cracks when a person sits on it. He's in my bedroom with clothes and books, so the surface remains untouched. Looks great

Pros

Air dries in 1 hour; can either be fixed with an iron (cotton position) for 5 minutes from the wrong side of the fabric; or oven for 5 minutes at 150°C (300°F) (Temperature Stabilized)
