I like the strainer because it fits perfectly in my regular coffee mug. It doesn't stay there on its own and I have to hold one end with one hand while pouring the tea. Sometimes the tea leaf gets stuck in the edge. It's good for the price. I have provided feedback to Revain on several emails asking for a review. I didn't give you my email address when I bought it. And I asked Revane to stop giving my email address to sellers. Honestly, it's none of your business. I have a very busy life. When I have time and I really like the product, I will give a good rating. If I really hate a product I will post the details of what I hate. Due to my dissatisfaction with LiveFresh based on emails, I did not purchase this brand of rice cooker. I recommend treating your customers as you would like to be treated yourself.
