Review on SpeechMotion Transcription Services by Steven Pankey

I like how easy it was to use this software when we were looking into having our transcriptionist's work remotely from home. We had many issues with other companies but not so much here! They are very helpful in answering any questions you may have as well as providing training if needed (which they did!). It seems their customer service team takes great care of customers too - even those who aren't paying clients!! The only thing i didn’t really enjoy about them at all would be there pricing structure which seemed way outta whack compared to others. However after speaking directly w/their support staff, things seem better now though still slightly higher than what some competitors offer. But overall good experience thus far. Having someone transcribe medical documents right off your computer or phone makes life easier since then you don't need an office full of people just waiting around doing nothing while also being able to track time spent working vs away sick etc.
