I love being able to scan with my phone! If you have issues getting it working correctly, go through their customer service team before giving up because they are always willing/able help fix things over email (even after hours!). The benefits far outweigh what we dislike about this system - no more wasting money at retail locations scanning packages yourself when having someone else do that is so much easier & less cumbersome than trying to find cash everytime you need one scanned. We also use Quickbooks Mobile Pro integration which makes taking accurate inventory super easy if using iPads instead of paper books like us used previously. Great product overall but sometimes there's lag times while processing orders. That can be frustrating depending how busy traffic gets during certain seasons / holidays etc., especially since some places don't offer extended shipping options due to weather delays causing customers not wanting shipments delivered within those windows.
