Review on ๐Ÿ’ฆ Hydrapak HydraSleeve Seeker: Insulated Hydration Sleeve & Collapsible Water Storage - 3L/100oz, BPA & PVC Free Reservoir (Chasm Black) by Robert Tirona

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Excellent drinking quality

Haven't tried this Hydrapak finder at low temperatures yet but I'm very impressed with this water bladder since I've tested it. It's super durable, both in the sleeve and on the outside. The attachment points give me the option to attach it to my backpack. The case itself only has 2 attachment points along one long side plus the clip itself. It would be much better if there were 4 tether straps. Using this sleeveless cam gives me 3 stopping points. 2 on the side, 1 on top of the nose. I recently hung this tank upside down on my pack (to hang it on the top cable. This put the hydration tube up, but it still works in that position) on my pack with little effort). On first use I noticed a small amount of leakage my stuff in the box, but the balloon itself didn't leak anywhere, so I learned to be careful when screwing the cap onto the cloth cover. The fabric sleeve can get in the way and make a person think it's fully screwed in when they actually snag the fabric. Note. Once I paid attention and made sure the sleeve was out of the way I had no leaks or seepage.

Pros
  • WATER FILTER COMPATIBILITY - Filter more water in rural areas, most filters with 42mm thread (Katadyn BeFree) screw on top.
