Review on Fragile Fine Hair Detangling Brush - TANGLE TEEZER, Mint Violet by Sharon Smith

I Don't Like It Hair Combs

After reading so many rave reviews I bought the "pink" comb for detangling fine hair and regret it. As for the color, it's not pink at all, it's an orchid. .The brush feels and looks cheap, hollow, difficult to handle. It periodically flies to the ground and falls apart along the seam, requiring reassembly. The one-piece construction poses a mold hazard if you use it on damp hair. Now I open it up to let it dry after each use. The detangling is not impressive and it takes quite a bit of effort to detangle. I have noticed no difference in breakage rate compared to other brushes and less tangling than the type of brush with plastic bristles on the ends. If you use it on dry hair it blows it away, knocking body and fullness away from you forever, and it can't even be used to make a basic ponytail - no holds, and the prongs aren't good for that at all. Buy a tried and true clean one and skip this thing - it's not worth it.
