Arrived flat in box. The bottom (with "heels" on 4 corners) was bent to one side. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to straighten the bag. What I initially feared turned out to be something I really like! I placed a stack of cards in my bag horizontally to keep the bag open (since it tends to fall to one side) and after a few hours I threw my "out of the bag" stuff into the bag and headed out the way. . I like that the material isn't too thick to become inflexible and hard. It's malleable and in fact I can stuff it with no problem. I like the feel of the material, in some places it is embellished with decorative gold metal, it can be used for everyday activities or outfits. Very diverse. If I could get this in multiple colors I would be in heaven! :)
