Terrible waste of money. The shower head is leaking because the jet sprays backwards onto the ball joint. This means that a small jet of water is sprayed at a 180 degree angle from the main jet outlet onto the wall where the shower exits, allowing some water from the shower to enter the room. This is a factory issue, the installer will not fix it. Also, the swing arm has little to no effect on changing the main water flow pattern. Lesson learned, don't buy Revain plumbing parts.
