Worse Good for Whole House and Wi-Fi Mesh Systems

I was excited about this product at first, but after several attempts to fix it and solve my problems, the customer service team let me down. Wireless devices appear to operate at 2.4G, defeating the purpose of a high-speed system connecting you to your home. CS keeps apologizing and still hasn't helped me. upset.
