The fabric is excellent and strong for beginning embroiderers. The pattern was preprinted on the fabric in thick black lines, but it wasn't difficult to cover them with stitches. The thread was soft. I liked that the tire fits well and has no splinters. I would recommend watching some tutorials on YouTube as the instructions included are too basic. I improvised various fill stitches where the pattern only required one reverse stitch and still had plenty of thread.
