I was very pleased with the additional battery clip feature on these headphones. The comfort in my ear canal and the extra wings make them really comfortable and they don't move. However, the controller doesn't charge, so I can only use it with the battery clamp on. This makes it heavier than it needs to be and I can't get 8 hours of playtime on it because I only have 4 hours of charge on the battery clip and NOTHING on the controller itself. waste of time and money. We tried factory reset and new firmware as suggested by the manufacturer and nothing worked. Bought 2 sets for me and my husband. Both load incorrectly. Send them back for a refund and find something else. This seems to be a very common problem as I found out after doing a little research.
