For starters I'm 5ft 4in, 123lbs and 36A. I bought a small one. The tip is very soft. The rest is soft and stretches a little, the chest area is uncomfortable although the part that closes goes down very far (almost to the navel). I very carefully inserted a safety pin to close it and it seems to help. Maybe I need to adjust it. a bit larger although I wore a pasty bra to try this on but I will try it with a regular bra next to it to see if it helps although I doubt it will. better but I felt like I would run into problems as I have a small breast size.
