I bought this case because the description mentions my specific make and model as a 'custom' fit. I tried installing this cover and it turned out to be much bulkier than the factory one. It had multiple straps that can be useful for towing or for long-term storage as a windbreak. However, there are zippered front panels that can be closed. With these panels I can really get to the front storage box or the gas tank. Useless. The main downside was that the inside of the zip was right on top of my painted side mirrors on both sides. This can certainly lead to scratches and damage when towing or in the wind. The lid doesn't fit all the way like a factory lid, so it's definitely going to blow off a lot when towed or in the wind. The only sensible use I could see for this cap is for off-season storage. It appears to be a quality material and appears to offer good weather protection. For easy installation and safe towing I need to purchase a factory coating. This case has been returned.
