Another product made in China

I followed the instructions which were clear. When I connected the collar and remote to charge, I was surprised that the collar was fully charged. Unlike the collar, the remote had to be fully charged upon launch. Did the tests so far so well and put it aside. When I went to put it on my dog, I ran the tests again and the collar didn't respond. Both the collar and the remote control were fully charged. Which leads me to believe that since I received it fully charged the collar was previously returned. Return it to Revain as defective.
