My controller has been working without problems for about 8 months since purchase and this replacement has been working for 3 months now. With 7 other spares in this set (should I ever need one) this is a great price for a useful product. I definitely recommend it. Just to be clear, I did not completely replace the original part with this part. I just used the small sensor that is part of the component and that was all that was needed. You can spend a lot of time desoldering and re-soldering this new part, or you can just replace the sensor inside. That's all you really need to do if you're having joystick drift issues. If you have sensitivity issues or a part is broken, you may need to solder a new part. But if you're just having typical controller issues, replacing just that sensor worked. There are step-by-step guides to help you with this and I would recommend trying them out and using these parts.
