At first I couldn't understand the attachments and was worried that the hot will be really really hot, but after about a week or two of use I really liked The Performance I liked the heat I liked the cold sting and I had a cold set it was a really great hair dryer and then three days after the return policy took effect which was 30 days the heat was gone so the hair dryer wasn't heating up and no one answered my questions about the exchange and I had to spend money and buy another hair dryer, very disappointed.
