Good to loosen tension in my neck

This is a good, small neck traction device. It is made for those with a small build.It performs well for my daughter and me. I really like it having 2 levels for stretching. I use the "easier" stretch side for the first few minutes and then turn it around to the other side once I've loosened up a bit.This is a helpful device for us. It does seem to help with my neck pain and the headaches it causes.I recommend this item.
