Everything about this product deserves 5 stars hence my rating despite my dog. Ming Ping is sort of an independent thinker and mine doesn't like touching the bells with his paw, nose or any other part of his body. Instead, he sits in front of him and points his nose at the bells. If I don't get a hint, he barks once. If I still miss the point, he goes on his leash. Training this dog owner is a real routine for him. In case I still don't get it, he flops down in front of his bag of treats, hoping for a reward for all his effort in teaching me the Potty Bell system he invented. The system works for us and the wind chimes look great on my front door. If you don't have a min pin, they should work as instructed. If you have Min Pin, get ready to use Potty Bells creatively. Either way, you will love this product.
