I like that it has an easy to navigate website with helpful links, videos etc., which makes navigating through your application process easier! All of my questions have been addressed very quickly once submitted so far - nothing but great experience working here thus far!! There are no major dislikes at this time other than there might be more jobs available in different states/cities if you don't live close by or can only work part-time hours (which happens often).

Great benefits package as long as they're willing too continue paying into COBRA during employment period. Benefits such as dental insurance coverage without co pay & vision care w/o copay. Job search assistance provided when applying online via phone chat meetings w friends who've already worked @ UHC before also made transition much smoother.
