The product is perfect for my office where it is used, the warmth it gives in cold temperatures is perfect when you get into a hard freeze and only after one Seeks quick but gradual warmth. I find the heat output optimal for the price and with sufficient output I have nothing to complain about. Of course, it didn't come with a remote control, which is fine as it's already doing the job and I'm going to buy another one.
