There are other reviews and photos showing a completely different product. My set is original. It came with a nice leather case (it's a bit flimsy but that's to be expected) and the instruments are very good. Maybe I got lucky or Revain's carriers messed up a few orders from other customers. Who knows. But I am very satisfied with this wonderful set. The tweezers have a nice feel and the case will help me hide them from my family (who think my tweezers are for cleaning pipes and/or pulling nails out of walls). Take the chance. You'll either be completely satisfied or you'll lose an hour getting to UPS to ship the item back. I was willing to take the risk and I'm so glad I did.
