What A Simple And Excellent Knife Sharpener. Never had a knife sharpener. But I used it to sharpen all of my dozen high quality Shun kitchen knives in about 30 minutes. All ours came like a razor. Saved hundreds of dollars compared to shipping knives to Williams Sonoma for custom sharpening. Also used to sharpen kitchen shears and various cheap paring and steak knives, all with excellent results. Small; placed in a kitchen drawer. Inexpensive. Easy to use.
