Plate is OK but screws are not needed

We bought over 50 pieces for our new model. We had trouble with almost 1/2 of these because the bolts weren't fully tightened, causing them to break in the derailleur or connector. The paint on the screw is removed without much effort. You'll need a plastic screwdriver if you want the finish to look good. I had to go to Lowes and buy some aftermarket bolts to complete the job.
