I was so excited when the package arrived and when I opened it I was even more excited at the amazing case and how everything was so beautifully packaged. As I eagerly began assembling the mounts on my drone, I noticed a mounting screw that was interacting with the Lum Cube and the mount was loose and could not be secured and the cube was extremely wobbly and unstable. I tried a few different ways to work around the issue and thought maybe it was just a mount, but it wasn't. Both screws had the same problem. I went back to the reviews and saw another gentleman had the same issue and I think I used some nuts to protect it in the video he posted. I have tried solutions with nuts but this has left the cube with small threads so I feel it is safe to fly. I have tried contacting the company via email and phone hoping they have a solution. I have had no reply to my email and the phone lines are a complete cycle of wasted time leading you to a dead end of voice messages preventing you from leaving a message. I'm not an engineer, but this seems like a simple solution to me. I ended up returning the item for fear of damaging the drone or worse. Drones are so risky that you don't need an additional lighting system.
