not working for computer and accessories

bought 2 of these and tested 3:1. (white) didn't work because one of the connectors was filled with some kind of glue so asked for a replacement; 2. (black) broke; and the replacement looks ok but the touch function doesn't work. There is a red mark on one of the connectors, I don't know what that means, or maybe the factory mark was broken?
