The best part of this software is that it is easy to use and the customer support is also very good. The only issue that I have with this software is that it is a little expensive and I think that it should have been priced a little cheaper. If you are looking for a good software that is easy to use and is also very good in terms of customer support then I would highly recommend this software. I am using this software to keep track of all my rewards and so that I can easily redeem my points and also so that I can also easily keep track of my gift cards. I like that it is easy to use and navigate. The customer service is excellent! There are no downsides at this time. It is a great system for our organization. We have been able to implement the program easily and have seen the benefits in increased sales. When we first implemented, we were having some issues with the system, but the support team was very responsive and helped us correct those issues quickly.
