Review on Gibot by Jaleel Akuffo

I was hoping to find all the art materials I needed at Gibot, but I was left feeling let down. Their variety is great, but I had trouble navigating their site, and the explanations of their products were vague at best. When my order of art supplies finally came, I discovered that one of the components was broken. The customer support reps I spoke with were unhelpful and insensitive when I reached out to them. I was let down by their lack of initiative in trying to fix the problem. On the whole, my negative experience with Gibot's customer service makes me reluctant to suggest their services.
